Künstler*innen, Wissenschaftler*innen und andere Kulturakteur*innen verschiedener Interessensfelder werden eingeladen, gefundenes Film-material, Bilder, Videos und Musikstücke aus dem Netz mit einer performativen Handlung oder einem Kommentar einzuführen. Nach den Präsentationen sind alle eingeladen, die Beiträge bei einem Gespräch und einem gemeinsamen Getränk zu vertiefen.

🟢CLIPPING is an ongoing series of screenings and a platform exploring the universe of image and sound. Artists, scholars and other cultural actors from various fields of interest are invited to introduce found film footage, images, videos and music pieces from the web with a performative action or commentary. After the presentations, everyone is invited to deepen the contributions with a conversation and a shared drink. CLIPPING combines short performances per event into a discursive evening and networks across the genres. A sort of Youtube live performance that brings links and networking live to the Kunstraum Aarau.
